Fixture

On a fresh September morning both sides met up at Bonymaen RFC all players feeling the drop in temperature with a slower start than usual however as the game progressed there were some great rugby on show, including great tackling efforts from Cwm's captain Keiran Casey and a supberb peformance from Joshua Castaldi and although Cwmgwrach seemed to hold the lead throughout it wasnt due to the lack of effort from the home side although on times the physicality was probably more like something you would see at the Liberty Stadium, there were two tries for Anton Curry, a solo try for both Brandon Jones and Tomas Davies finishing the first half 2-4 to the visitors.

The second half was even more physical and a few of the youngsters taking knocks but this is when Cwm turned on the style running in a hatrick each was Matthew Whiles and an impressive Cian John, there were 2 determined tries for Callum Griffiths putting the visitors comfortably in the lead although the try that seemed to create the most noise was a first try for his new club from Caleb Cole who had a great big beaming smile for the rest of the game, final score 7 - 13.
