Cwm's under 9s run riot

Another sublime performance from a well drilled Cwmgwrach Team with the home side struggling to score, the game started well for both sides and although Skewen struggled to score they're tackling and commitment was excellent holding back waves of attack from Cwm it took a while to break through as the possesion passed back and forth but then a breakthrough run for one of his 2 tries of the day from Cian John put the visitors in front, there was some great tackling from both sides with great effort in particular from Anton Curry,Callum Griffiths and Caleb Cole, the home side hit back but with further tries from the team Captain Oliver Davies and Cosmo Collins meant a half time scoreline of 1-3.
The second half was more of the same from both sides defending well for Cwm were Kieran Casey and Brandon Jones but Skewen continued to struggled to break through and score which meant the vsitors keeping a clean sheet throughout the second half, there were superb tries from Joshua Castaldi and two tries for Matthew Whiles before the home side came close again but couldnt break through, Cian John then got his second in the corner following an excellent switch maneuver which wrong footed the whole of the Skewen Defence, Cwm looked very strong with wave after wave of attack and the final push resulted in a great solo try for Tomas Davies who turned on the after burners to leave all the home team behind him leaving the final score 1-8
